Ana Zhou is a commercial real estate agent with The Ivy Group in Fremont. She represents business owners, investors, and property owners in the purchase, sale, and leasing of industrial, flex, retail, and owner-user properties across the I-880 corridor and the greater Bay Area. She has focused on commercial real estate since 2019.
Ana approaches every property as an operator would. She spent more than a decade in logistics and international trade in China, managing operations, controlling costs, and working directly with business owners. She knows how rent, operating expenses, tenant improvements, and cash flow shape a real estate decision, and she helps clients underwrite a property against those numbers before they commit.
As a partner in a sign manufacturing and contracting company, Ana also brings hands-on experience inside commercial buildings. She has worked through installation projects, city permits, and contractor coordination firsthand. That background helps clients test zoning, permitted use, signage rights, and build-out requirements early, so they understand whether a site actually works and what it will take to open or expand there.
For buyers and tenants, Ana guides the process from site selection and lease negotiation through signage and permitting. For sellers and landlords, her operator’s perspective helps position a property for the right buyer or tenant and present it in terms that matter to a business decision-maker.
