In 1999, Mr. Tran redirected his career towards his passion for commercial real estate after serving sixteen years as an engineer and Naval officer. Prior to entering the real estate arena, he played a pivotal role as a lead engineer in the development of mechanical systems for Naval aircraft carriers and battleship destroyers. Subsequently, he spent eight years as a high technology consultant, advising major entities such as Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin.

Distinguished as one of the few licensed Bay Area real estate agents holding both the prestigious SIOR and CCIM designations, Mr. Tran’s attainment of these credentials reflects his commitment to excellence. To earn these designations, he successfully completed at least fifteen years of creditable experience in commercial real estate, met rigorous education requirements, and demonstrated expert ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity. These designations signify superior industry performance and professional skills.

He holds a Master’s of Science in Administration in Software Engineering from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
